How it works

Our in-house designers work with you to define the design parameters for your custom rug. We'll share the final design and cost with you for your approval.

We'll send the design to hand-selected expert weavers to produce your unique piece. Timing varies based on type and size of rug.

Your finished piece will ship to us, where we will inspect it before sending it to your home or project site.
