The skilled artistry and effort that goes into handmade rugs gives them an enduring beauty that lasts for decades and centuries. Because of this, handmade rugs have been upcycled for centuries: old rugs are salvaged for their material, re-cut, re-dyed, transformed into patchworks, and more. Here, we present a series of vintage kilims transformed into pillows. They have a thick new cotton cloth backing, a sturdy zipper and comes with filling.
